As the Chef Founder of VIGNETTE, I created this restaurant from a love for flavours that tell stories and meals that bring people together. My vision was to build more than a dining space—to create a warm, elegant destination where Indian cuisine is reimagined with creativity, nostalgia, and heart. Every dish and every detail at VIGNETTE reflects my passion for thoughtful hospitality, refined craftsmanship, and experiences guests will remember long after they leave.

What Inspired Us

We were inspired by two things that never truly go out of style: memorable food and meaningful objects. A postage stamp may be tiny, but it carries history, culture, geography, art, and emotion. Food does the same. Both connect people across distance and time.

We imagined a place where these two worlds could meet—a restaurant that feels warm, intimate, and nostalgic, where every meal carries a sense of discovery. A place for food enthusiasts, for people curious about culinary heritage, and for stamp lovers who understand the beauty of collecting stories in small details.

Our space is designed to feel like a memory you can step into: soft lighting, old paper textures, framed stamp collections, handwritten menus, travel postcards, and dishes that feel rooted in time.
